Dave Rollins is in his seventh season as Head Coach of FGCU Swimming & Diving. A former NCAA national champion and nine-time All-American at the University of Arizona, Rollins brings over a decade of coaching experience and a legacy of building champions in and out of the pool.

Matt Distler is in his second season as Head Coach at Stonehill, bringing over 15 years of experience as an athlete and coach. At SUNY New Paltz, he led both teams to top conference finishes and helped rewrite the record books at the DIII and DI levels.

Maggie Davenport is in her second season as Assistant Coach at Union College. A former collegiate swimmer and captain at Siena College, she brings nearly a decade of coaching experience and a strong background in athlete development.

KT Kustritz is a former standout swimmer at Denison University, where she still holds 8 varsity records and is a 27-time All-American. A DIII trailblazer and 2021 Olympic Trials qualifier, KT blends elite competition experience with a passion for athlete wellness and recovery.

Read More At Denison, KT became the first woman in Division III history to break 1:00 in the 100 breaststroke—an event in which she still holds the NCAA record. She served as team captain, earned a Presidential Medal, and was a 3-time Google Cloud CoSIDA Academic All-American.

During her college summers, she coached in Saint Paul, MN, trained with the Cal Bears in Berkeley, and worked as a coach at Cal Swim Camp. After graduating in 2020 with a degree in Health, Exercise, and Sports Studies, she trained for the Olympic Trials with FGCU and volunteered as a coach for both the team and Eagle Swim Camps.

KT now works in her family’s business managing rental properties and sober living homes for women. With a Master’s in Mental Health and Addiction Treatment, she actively volunteers in recovery programs and is deeply committed to supporting women in healing through sport and community.

Ned Moriarty is an international swim coach from London, England, currently working with athletes in Australia and the UK. A former NCAA DII national champion coach at the University of Indianapolis, Ned brings global experience and a passion for performance and mental wellness.

Read More Ned led the UIndy men’s team to a national title and the women’s team to back-to-back runner-up finishes at the 2023 NCAA DII Championships—the most successful season in program history. He also helped secure a GLVC title for the men and a second-place finish for the women.

Prior to UIndy, Ned coached at Indiana Swim Camps and worked with Olympic head coach Ray Looze, supporting both collegiate and IU Pro Team athletes. His own swimming career began in 2005 under Olympic coach Lisa Bates at the London Aquatic Centre, and spanned over 14 years. In 2019, he helped set a Guinness World Record in a relay event for mental health awareness.

With a Master’s in Sports Management and a background in Construction Management and Engineering, Ned now also contributes to SwimSwam News and explores interests in tech, live events, and music.
